Service description
The App allows merchants to generate AI-powered image or video ads using selected product data and user-provided prompts.
Credits and billing
  • Access to the App is provided via subscription-based credits.
  • Additional credits may be purchased as top-ups.
  • Credits are consumed when a generation request is submitted.
  • All purchases, including subscriptions and credit top-ups, are non-refundable.
  • If you uninstall the App or request data deletion, all associated data and credits are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
AI disclaimer
Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all ads before use or publication.
Ownership
You own the generated ad creatives. We retain all rights to the App, software, and underlying technology.
Acceptable use
You may not use the App for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited advertising. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPCODE SRL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or ad performance outcomes.
